Support service, domains, hosting, subdomains & redirects

Since moving from another hosting provider, the service in that time for a variety of my own and client domains has been excellent. On the few occasions there has been a need for help on a minor fault, or use of a more technical feature such as recently redirections on sub-domains for example, the staff advice as always has been courteous and could not wish for a better response, making sure everything has been to end up with the right result. Even though I am pretty well confident about the workings of hand coded html, uploading files, and the use of javascript & php, there are at times some topics used for the first time that you just might need some guidance on and the service from staff have always been patient and help has been greatly valued.
