Been with them for nearly 9 years now.
Even though I'm a good shopper and never stick to "what I'm just used to" I always found them good value, good service, and good reason to continue with.
I get good communication whenever there are server upgrades, time-outs, etc. and overall quite stable systems.
I would hope they can provide another webmail browser that is supports apple products ( ipad / iphone ) than the current 'horde' browser which is not supported.
The alternative squirrel webmail doesn't work too well with apple products either.
But as a standalone both webmail browsers work well enough.
