I have three sites hosted by Free Virtual Servers. I chose them because I could start each business with free hosting and upgrade as customer interest was building. I've since built another site with a friend, again hosted by Free Virtual Servers. I was able to recommend the service knowing that I wouldn't have to apologise for it in the future.
The control panel of each site is clear and intuitive but on the couple of occasions I have needed help, it has been friendly, timely, free and actually solved my problem - not an achievement every hosting company can boast.
If I have one small niggle, I'd like to be able to download a VAT receipt immediately when I make a purchase. If that's all I've got to moan about, you know the service offered is great!
