I have been using Freevirtalservers.com for my new website and I have found that they offer a great service even though it is provided with no on-going costs. They allow you to launch your website for the cost of the domain name only (no hosting costs) and I was able to use one of their scripts to setup Wordpress in a matter of minutes.

I haven't had cause to use their tech support but know people who have found them to be very good, with quick response times and clear answers.

If I was looking to setup a new website, I wouldn't hesitate use FVS again.
