their sales line is only a recording

their support line is either a recording
or disconnecting

regular service outages- like at this moment

their online ticket only writes to your email
which is now dead because their service is down

and there is no way to call??????????

We host over 50,000 accounts and sometimes it could be really challenging to response all queries within minutes. You easily can reach our technical team via telephone (0871 266 3677) between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday* where they will do their best to answer your technical query - however, not all technical queries can be answered via the phone and we do prefer customers to use the totally free online helpdesk whenever possible.The helpdesk is available 24 hours a day. We endeavour to respond to all tickets within 24 hours (Within 30 minutes for Business pro accounts).
