I paid by card in November 2012 for a email and web hosting.
Then I wait for a service which never come true. I exchange more
than 40 email with them and no service. I ask to cancel the service
and they called me back a promising that will be no more debit charge
and no next charges to my card. Rubish, they charged my debit card again
and again, even a company representative said that the agreement will
be cancel. More than this, after 6 months, I receoved a letter from
a recovered company that i have a debt with this company.
How to be charged for a non existing service. Where are my customer rights
in UK, or just is a illusion????
