The only thing *good* is their sales staff because they tell you what you want to hear. The things is they are complete liars. They will tell you their hosting service is top notch, you will have very little downtime, they will throw in some technical jargon about how hot their technology is. LIES LIES LIES!

Having been with them for over a year now my websites have had tremendous amounts of downtime. Their customer support never fixes things and just tell you we are aware of the situation and it will be sorted soon. LIES LIES LIES!!!!

This company is the WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD. DO NOT USE FASTHOSTS.

Don't trust their sales team or support team.

Their VPS often crash with outages of a few hours at a time. I've lost £1000's because of choosing Fasthosts.

DO NOT USE FASTHOSTS. You can do MUCH better than Fasthosts.
