I have had a Identical problem to all of the below. I have now written to the BBC's watch dog. I urge you all to do the same! help warn others of this rip off scam of a company with a very public humiliation. They are operating a "legal" extortion racket and only if every one writes in will it get noticed by the BBC

Who knows we may get refunded the money we were bullied out of for servieces we did not use or want !
