I have had the misfortune to have used Fasthosts for the last two years.
They try every trick in the book to make it as hard as possible to cancel your account. Technically the website hosting is easy to navigate but the graphics are naff and dated and you are very limited in the design of the site you build. The customer support service is slow and when you are assisted it usually isn't very helpful advice. Overall I would say this company is appalling in every way; Cheap graphics,dated design. Horrendous and non-existent customer service. Please, please please spread the word about this awful company. I now use Mr. Site, cheap, excellent customer support using live chat facilities, stylish and adaptable graphics, e-commerce. Just fantastic. AVOID fasthosts at all costs.
