For a start the service is terrible, I had a domain and used their webmail. The webmail was woeful both in terms of interface and their supposed spam filter which let through 75% of stuff I didn't want and blocked perfectly legitimate e-mails from friends for no apparent reason. Their mobile service was extremely poor also having to resort to the phone browser to check e-mails.
Dealing with the company customer services was a painful experience, and sadly all to often necessary as their interface to manage your account online is totally inadequate.
