Starting from November 2011 until May 2012 we had 4 outages with Fasthosts that lasted between 2 to 3 days each. They have cost us thousands of pounds and refuse to compensate apart from giving the odd free month that no way makes up for the damage they have done.
Before the outages we had over 3,000 products on the first page of Google, thanks to Fasthosts today we have none.
