“Dire customer service - dire everything ”

We run a number of websites at Fasthosts so when the service goes down we need action quickly to get us back up and running asap. Some of our customers run critical applications and their web site is everything to them. So when the service goes down and nobody bothers to let us know what is happening and then when we chase we get fobbed off with "it will be up at 5.00pm" and then guess what- it doesn't happen and nothing has happened 24 hours later - (down now 48 hours) - and then to be told it will be done soon - but maybe it won't be depending on what they find .....AAAARRRRRGGGGHHHH What a waste of time - we will be moving! Never again
