Spend £200 a month a virtual server that has had days and days of down time, no one helps and when you finally get through to the customer service they do very little to help. They don't even make you aware that your site is down so Ive been spending £600 a day on Google ad words unaware that im sending them to a few lines of read only mode. Not only am i angry im losing customers at the busiest time of year i have clients leaving me to go else were as they are as sick to death as i am. Honestly do not use this company 1 star is been generous! I really dont like this company with a passion now after week after week of the same rubbish excuses and dosent look like there is any resolution to the recurring problem.

That is so true. They left me without e-mails for my clients for 3 days when they did a plesk update. They promised they would fix it on same day but after 3rd day I was pulling my hair out and lost about 20 clients due to their incompetence of not being able to fix simple E-mail outage caused by them.
Their excuse was they are not responsible for 3rd party software but yet they charge you for it as a service!! dis-graceful for this type of company and 3 DAYS to fix an e-mail outage!! Do not use them as they are bad and losing clients daily!
