Complete useless company, within 1 week 2 separate servers were down for different reasons at their end.
excuse 1 : virgin pipe issue
excuse 2 : data centre switch faulty
excuse 1 : They don't know...
Will be moving to another provider for the second time. Went back to them before because price was good but what's the point...
