I won't write anything here that hasn't already been said, but I had several billing problems with Fasthosts (now there's irony right there in the name!).
They billed me for 2 email accounts that had already been transferred to another host. After emailing several times about this issue, and getting instructions on how to change my log in details, amongst other things (that I hadn't requested), I decided to take my issue higher in the Fasthosts food chain. I sent an email requesting the email addresses of the heads of both the support and billing departments...no reply. I sent a total of 15 emails in one day requesting the same information and received 15 great big nothings.
I've since transferred my 20 domain names to a better host and I still have an outstanding bill with Fasthosts apparently and if anyone from Fasthosts is reading this...Good Luck with that!
If ever you were to heed the advice of a total stranger, now would be the time....STAY WELL CLEAR OF FASTHOSTS... they are not fast and they are certainly not good hosts.
By the way, I gave them 1 star begrudgingly, they are an insult to the word terrible.
