I was going to write about my crappy experience trying to get a refund from Fasthosts after billing me without notification although the recurring billing tool was not showing any recurring bills, but the reviews here explain it all. (P.S support staff refused to answer why I cannot see recurring bills then passed me between staff before I was cut off)

Nobody in their right mind should use a company with only 1 star out of over 580 reviews, that would be plain silly! I can from experience say I am not surprised at all at the bad reviews for Fasthosts.

Do yourself a favour, don use Fasthosts unless you like throwing time 7 money away. While we are on that note, UK2.net are no any better. (after bad experiences at fasthosts I have tried others too, so far EUKHOST comes out on top.

Before signing up for Fasthosts, I wish I had read the reviews here first!
