We have had our website down today 29/05/2011 since 0711.
As of 29/05/2011 1439 our website is STILL down.
After 4 calls to the support centre, they failed to; notify us of a problem, give us an idea of time to resolve and offer any sympathy.
Unfortunately we are in a que thats it tough! For £72 PCM!
Our Google rankings are now lowered as a result!
The second advisor hung up on us because we wanted to wait on the phone whilst they corrected the issue.
I am guessing if their website went down, it would be resolved within
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE SEE ALL OTHER REVIEWS
