Competitive prices together with excellent customer service. In my ignorance of web hosting I bought a 3 year package for a website when all I needed was a new domain name. I used the online help to which I got an immediate response, and when I was still encountering problems they called on the telephone at 22:00 so that solution was found. They told me I did not need what I had bought and refunded the money I had paid. I had further problems with CNAME settings for my new domain name and used email support to ask for help on saturday morning. Again I got a quick response and my website linked to my new domain name is up and runnning

I unreservedly recommend Falcoda
