I have been a customer for over 10 years and have seen their customer service get worse and worse over recent years. Specifically the time they take to respond to support messages has increased to days or even weeks now. They used to respond over night but sadly no longer.

Technically the service is well featured and their mirror/park feature is really useful but all their competitors are also well featured.

Basically they need to compete and differentiate through excellent customer service but sadly this is where they are failing completely. Avoid at all costs.
