I have used evohosting for a few sites now. The only hosting company to give proper customer support that I have come across. The team that replies to support tickets are very very knowledgeable and friendly.
Possibly slightly more expensive than others out there but they truly are in my opinion the best.
Any server problems are advertised instantly through their twitter and blog. Having used a few of the bigger players such as fasthosts and godaddy I will never ever look back these guys are the best.
