I really am trying to be objective, but it is hard to control your rage when they take over your account when they bought out Titaninternet and they're approach to any query is to try and up sell you more services.

They moved me to a server which had no updates, software they could not support and this lead me to have all my sites down for a few days. They're response was we recognised your problem and would get back to you once they spoke with their suppliers (after 3 days to go to a URL and find it fail is simply not good enough).

Please, please go elsewhere - these jokers don't deserve your money.

The review forced me to give then one star - this is one too many.
