“Their incompetence corrupted my website. Stay away. ”

Asked them why my site was running so slowly (an issue i've had to deal with for 5 years), and they recommended I switch server platform.

They did it, saying it will all be hunky dory, and corrupted my entire website.

not to mention the fact they are overpriced, used a premium rate call number for phones and are incompetent.

Our technical support number is national rate and our support systems provide free technical assistance to our customers. Shared Hosting platforms can be affected by busy periods and other factors and dedicated servers can be better suited to our customers looking for optimum performance.
