Outstanding support from your customer service agent.
I wish to thank and to commend this young man for his support provided a couple of weeks ago when my Outlook email stopped sending out messages. This was potentially a very embarrassing position for me as I was being challenged about not responding to various e-mails when I knew that I had!
He took the time to patiently talk and work with me through the various options and never once got tetchy or condescending even when I was ready to give up. The original problem still needs to be fixed, and appears to be a software issue for Microsoft, but at least I can function without too much loss of functionality in the interim.
Give this young man a medal for providing really top notch customer service!
