The quality of service provided here at staff at eUKHost is just awesome. Today I was serviced by Shawn. He guided me step-by-step on how to get a domain name transferred from somewhere else to eUKHost. Being a techie myself, I had a fairly good idea as to what was involved. But I was pleasantly surprised by Shawn's enthusiasm. He told me the exact steps and then worked them out with me, keeping me updated on as things progressed.
It was great being served by Shawn. It is by people like him that companies maintain and retain their clients.

As for me, I have always found all 'chat' staff at eUKHost very knowledgable, polite, attentive, to-the-point. I have never used phone service, so canot comment about them.
