I've used these guys for 2 years now since switching from 1&1 and not only is the reliability as you'd expect but their customer service is first class. What I don;t really get is how they manage to do this and still keep their prices so low - long may it stay that way! I'm not very techie but they always manage to resolve my problems and their courteous staff - like Anna Jacobs with whom I dealt with today - hear my problem in my terms, translate it to IT-speak and get it fixed. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
