domainmonster.com reply to emails in 4 business hours, so that's great to start with. I needed them to initiate the transfer email again as there was a problem at the other end. The email came straight away with a link to a simple page letting you choose to accept or decline the transfer of the domain.
So, overall, the staff are great whether you get in touch via phone or email and the system is brilliant with a great control panel and transfering domains internally or in and out from other registrars is very easy.
