The customer and support team at DomainMonster is everything you would expect from a first-class registrar. I've been registering domains with them since 2011 and never had any problems. Last week, I've stumbled on my first technical problem during a domain transfer, so I called them for the very first time. They were highly courteous and they reassured me that the problem would be promtly solved. My transfer was completed with success later on the same day. Thanks, and keep up the good work guys!
