Webpage very cluttered & ordering for 1st time missed much of the 'critical' notes & charges.
When questioned there isn't any area where it is clear exactly what services you have got &/or paid for.
Object to paying for Back Order service at £40 & when questioned & asked to resolve unsatisfied customer was told nothing could be done. Suggested 12mths basic hosting which would have kept the custom ongoing, was told could do 1mth.
Very un-flexible.
Conclusion, agreed to terminate.
Customer lost.
