I have been provided with the best service yet. Morag was extremely helpful in solving my email settings problem and responding to my queries within minutes. In fact he went all the way to enter the correct settings for me and all is working perfectly. It is important when it comes to email support to understand the urgency of a request, and it seems like Domain Monster provide better email support than many organisation provide phone support.
To summarise, understood exactly what is required, fast replies and resolved on my behalf ..... there is no such thing as 'better service' than what I received here.
