Being totally new to designing websites its safe to say that my knowledge is severely lacking. Therefore when I needed to embed a video onto my site i could not get it to work no matter what. I contacted customer support and asked for advice and only expected a slow time response with a quick explanation of what I needed to do to correct it. Much to my surprise i had a response within minutes despite it being late in the evening and not only had my query been answered but it had all been done for me. Very pleased with the customer support I had and its given me the confidence to try new things and improve my website further as i know that if i get into difficulty then quality help is at hand.
