What can I say? Well, let's start with.....
Domain Monster never fail to impress when it comes to support and services. Today was no exception. April was her ever-helpful self and, after some misleading pointers from me, she saw through my attempts at pretending I knew what I was talking about and helpfully pointed out that the DNS records weren't pointing to a DM mail server as the highest priority.
So, I am now heading in the right direction to cure this headache and I will continue to use Domain Monster to host all my domains, most of my e-mails and will remind myself that their support is definitely up there with the best.
If there was one small criticism, it would be that there is no "geographical" support phone number - my telco charge half an arm and two-thirds of a leg per minute for 0845 numbers
