We moved to dataflame after being with another major host.
We run a web and IT business and have a number of dedicated servers that are paramount to the service we provide our clients.
The major difference in our previous host is the support. With our old host it was non existent, they even managed to not backup our server for over 6 weeks (despite paying for this in addiction to our monthly cost) which when we had an issue cost us a lot to rectify, not just financially but also in our own customer service.
Having the online 24.7 chat support is perfect, they are quick to respond and have gone out of there way to help us migrate and configure our new servers with them.
Would highly recommend.
