Changing policy as they please meaning customers have the terms of their contract changed without notification. Charging £15 to take a domain away from their service preventing fair competition. Limiting email to 150 emails per hour while advertising unlimited email addresses (that will work). Customer services don't answer your questions, they just quote company policy; the true mark of dishonesty. I dare say a lot of these companies do the same, seems the greedy brigade have taken over. Time for proper regulation and tighter competition laws I think.
