I have had a dedicated server with Dataflame for about a year. There have never been issues with it, however I recently needed some specialised software installed on the server and was unable to do this myself, as it required root access to the server.
When I contacted their online support, they recommended that I emailed in my requirements as it was a specialised task, which I did.
Within two hours, the support team had installed the software and verified that it was working properly.
ThIs level of support is very impressive and I'm delighted to be a long standing customer.
