My website crashed and all I had on screen was a 'Fatal Error' message. I chatted on-line with the support guys using live chat and then emailed the support team. I had a response within 10 minutes stating that the issue was cleared and that they had moved my site to a new server plus installed some patches to make things work. The site is now back up and running. All along I was kept informed and the support from these guys at Dataflame is first class. Well done guys. Thanks!
