Contacted DATAFLAME on another subject, resolved that issue and then advised of problem I was having with Microsoft support, microsoft were stumpted about why my emails would not send from microsoft mail in windows 8 . Microsoft wanted me to reinstall windows 8 such that I would lose all installed programmes.
Microsoft suggestion to resolve was unacceptable.
Microsoft claimed they had tested my email settings from their end and they had worked OK. That was a lie.
William from DATAFLAME was very helpful, he ran through my email settings in Microsoft mail, advised of correct settings and all worked fine straight away.
Microsoft charge $90 for their support.
DATAFLAME support is include with hosting package.
