We had a server fault caused by us which Dataflame bent over backwards to assist us with.
Jane could not have been more helpful and thanks to the great service we are back up again in record time.
From start to end the support process was flawless, fast attention to my needs and explanations of what the support team was doing all the way through.
This kind of hand holding is very unusual to find and I am grateful for the effort Dataflame put in to make sure my business was not affected more than it could have been.
