This review is not for Dataflame as a service in and of itself - it's a review for the sterling help I had from one of their Live Support Team - DS Peter.
I have had some serious problems with two websites I host with Dataflame. Over the past couple of months I have had the sites hacked and replaced and my site email used for spamming purposes. Each time I have gone to the live support team I have spent upwards of 30 minutes waiting only to be told that I would have to send an email to the support team - this gets a bit frustrating after while!
However yesterday, DS Peter was able to fix both sites and restore them after they had been hacked by Indonesian bedroom dwellers (if the image they replaced my site with is anything to go by). Peter's service was unexpectedly quick and helpful in the extreme. I'm still thinking about switching hosts, but Peter's conduct renewed my faith in Dataflame enough to put off that decision for a while at least :)
