I've been a Dataflame customer for several years and found its strength is always its technical support. Emails have always been promptly answered with a helpful and constructive response and the online chat is excellent. There is rarely a queue and the staff advise and stay with you until a problem is solved. I think over the years I have probably 'spoken' to most of the team and have never been let down.
The pricing is competitive but service is their real strength. I have no plans to leave.
