Generally, the dataflame service runs just fine with no problems.
But when there are problems (some of which are down to the user i.e. me!) the technical support guys are very efficient and very helpful in sorting things out. Moreover they are prepared to iterate through different solutions if the first one doesn't work.
(My problems have all been to do with email)
