Before purchasing hosting services I did some research. I also used the online chat with Dataflame to ask a few preliminary questions and received very helpful answers immediately. When I purchased the hosting package also bought an extra that I then discovered I didn't need - I contacted Dataflame asking for cancellation and refund for this extra, they processed my request and refunded the cost immediately. I have had no problems with the service, my package (basic level hosting) has all I need and far more with stacks of free scripts available. I would thoroughly recommend Data Flame.
