We have generally always received good and prompt support from dataflame support team via the ticketing system. Lately we moved our mail boxes to an external exchange account and had problems using the PHP form mail from DF hosted pages. I got in touch with DF support and had an exchange of information back and forth and the team have been very supportive and helpful and resolved the issue which was a big relief.
