I've used Dataflame for 6 years and found them to be reliable and prompt when issues arise. Most issues I've had have been resolved within an hour or two.
There are a few niggles I'd mention; particularly with regard to information provided; when I have had issues they have typically just fixed them (great!) but not explained what was wrong or how I could avoid such issues in future.
There also seems to be some confusion in domains and how they are registered - I run a domain that I'm always told isn't mine but then I ask them to check the service history and they proceed with fixing the problem.
I also think the Plesk control dashboard needs updating and has always been incredibly slow for me to access.
