I had a problem accessing my website after I had uploaded the files to the Daily web server. After checking the files several times, I still couldn't find the answer to my problem. So I raised a call with Daily, which was immediately passed on to one of their technicians and the problem was resolved in no time at all. In fact, I raised the call on a Monday night and the matter was resolved the very next day - in the morning !
I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent customer service Daily provides, as they kept me informed every step of the way while the issue was being investigated and let me know as soon as the problem was resolved.
I am a Visual Studio 2010 user and still learning about the software. So Daily's help in resolving the issue I had was invaluable and as a web hosting company I couldn't have found a better one.
