I signed up for GoDaddy VPS (Virtual Private Server) as my friend recommended them to me. After 3 days of struggle and wasting my time with a structure that was geared towards customer frustration rather than customer support. I decided to vote with my feet and cancelled the contract (I am still waiting for my refund) then decided to shop around.

During my research I came across some good companies they seemed honest enough, but I did not get the feeling that they were right for me. I am not the most technical of customers, but I have very specific needs that are technical and certainly a little bit out of the norm for a typical VPS customer.

Anyway, I spoke to a lady and she was reassuring to me and promised me that my experience would not be the same as it was with Godaddy (who I gave ample chances to take care of me, but you can never get service from a ticket tennis support structure). Daily took care of me from the start. Things were not smooth due to my specific needs and the several stages of testing the processes. When things are smooth it is a good sign, an even better sign is when there are bumps and the people who are supposed to care for you and support you, actually stick around and see things through to the end.

The patience and support of the staff from Daily was nothing short of First Class. Customers have high expectations and these guys went above and beyond. This makes me a delighted customer and passionate raving fan. I have been properly taken care of.
