I have been with many hosts over the years and have had my fair share of downtime and bad service. However, i was recommend to them by a friend. We had a website that we built, but wasn't the best. We asked them for support in how to do certain things (such as set up a photo gallery) and they helped us. Whats more, within an hour of asking, it was all setup and working. After a while we asked could they develop a website for us and they agreed. We didn't have the biggest budget and anything was better than what we had.

After a few meetings and at there main offices with one of their web designers (I think they have there own in house designers) they got our site setup in a few days. They also agreed that we could pay monthly for it. We were paying under £25 a month for our emails, full web design and web hosting.

Before we were paying £3 a month for web hosting and it was great and it still is.

We have been with them for over 12 months now and it is a company we are more than happy to recommend and more importantly who will still have our business. Over the 12 months we have needed support on many issues (most our fault) and we get a physical reply back within 10 minutes. Overall i haven't noticed any downtime either which is something im shocked at (as every host will have downtime no and again). We also have a web monitor program who monitors our site and it has noticed a 100% uptime as well.

About 5 months ago, they were bought out by the Telecom Giant: Aloha Telecommunications and we thought, oh dear this is going to be their biggest failings, but actually it has been great it appears to still be all the same guys in charge of the hosting side, but additionally now we are on some kind of cloud service. As this improves our service, we don't really care.

Overall, i would recommend them. They have a free package for you to try their hosting with so you know what your getting.
