Fantastic Customer Support!

I have been reading some of the reviews on here and am wondering if they are talking about the same company?

I am very new to website design and blogging and have to say that I found the entire process very daunting when deciding to finally bite the bullet and get online, posting about my travels around the World. From start to finish, from sales to support, I have found them to be very patient and very helpful in everything that they have helped me with.

I was going to choose a more expensive plan, but sales suggested a cheaper plan for me as the more expensive one had lots of features that I would never use.

Then it came to the creation of the blog. I found that they offered WordPress for free, which made my life easier as I didn’t have to worry about installing it myself as it was already in the control panel.
The guy on the end of the phone walked me through installation and even gave me a "heads up" on how to use the dashboard.

The most impressive thing I found about them was their response times. As I said I have been using this site to blog about my travels around the World for friends and family to read, so was often in different time zones. No matter what time I sent a ticket in, I usually had a response within 1 hour which made my life easier as internet cafes abroad are normally very hot and sweaty :)

So thank you again Compila, for all your help and efforts. I know of at least 2 other people who I have recommended to you and each of them are as happy as me, not only on price but also the help we receive.
