“Bad experience”

Website down for over a month, no response to 3 tickets submitted. The outsourced support offered to retrieve my files for a fee, but were also complaining they hadn't been paid in many weeks. It started off a great company, but really went downhill the past two years. I ended up cutting my losses (flushed 6 months worth of prepaid hosting) and set up elsewhere. “Excellent uptime and helpful support”

I switched to Chase after having lots of troubles with my old host. Their staff helped me move my site over the first day and got it switched without any downtime. I was pretty stressed on how to do that because I've never moved a website but they took care of it no questions asked. I've hosted with several other companies over the years and switched to chase sometime last year. So far i've been extremely pleased with the level of support I receive and the quality of service is much better than godaddy from where I moved. “Best Host I've Used”

I've had a website for about 7 years now, 5 of which I've been hosting with Chase and his company. He has always been extremely responsive in resolving any issues I ever experienced, and has always been friendly and personable. He has recently switched the support of the company to his staff primarily and they've all been friendly and supportive during the transition. “Not a Professional Hosting Company”

With Chase Hosting I thought I had found the right sized company for my small web site. In fact, support tickets were answered by Chase himself for the first year or so. Fast forward a couple more years and I experience an outage. Ok. No biggie. I submit a ticket. And another. I find them on Facebook and message them. Ok, they're working on it. I wait and wait. Sounds like your experience is not the norm, every time I've contacted them for support, one of their staff members or (better yet) Chase himself has replied quickly and helped to resolve it.

The difference between this host and others has been seriously black and white, Chase Hosting actually goes the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. Even having faced a couple of days of downtown ONCE, many years ago, they have been by far and away the best host I have ever used, and I've been through many of them! The biggest thing I can take away from my experience with Chase, besides being an excellent host for my site........... they actually care about their quality of service.
