“Best Host I've Used”

I've had a website for about 7 years now, 5 of which I've been hosting with Chase and his company. He has always been extremely responsive in resolving any issues I ever experienced, and has always been friendly and personable. He has recently switched the support of the company to his staff primarily and they've all been friendly and supportive during the transition. “Not a Professional Hosting Company”

With Chase Hosting I thought I had found the right sized company for my small web site. In fact, support tickets were answered by Chase himself for the first year or so. Fast forward a couple more years and I experience an outage. Ok. No biggie. I submit a ticket. And another. I find them on Facebook and message them. Ok, they're working on it. I wait and wait. TWO WEEKS later I get an answer: Their anti-virus deleted ALL of my files during a migration. AND, I REALLY should have backed up... (read more)
