As a new customer migrating to CWCS from a previous hoster I experienced problems (not due to CWCS) in receiving emails. As I work from home, access to my business email is critical. The CWCS engineer provided great support and walked me through to resolution with patience and understanding.
Thank you, I know I wouldn't have received such support from my previous service.
