I have been using CWCS for a number of years now, and have recommended many of my clients and associates to move their hosting to CWCS. Support plays a very important role in web hosting, and if you have ever ran into trouble with your hosting before you will understand how much of a necessity this is.

CWCS provide in my opinion superb support. Not only do you have a ticket system but also an online live chat service with an actual support engineer to help get to the bottom of your problem, added to this telephone support, you are covered in more ways that one, something which is paramount for a hosting company.

The pricing is great as well, I have used plenty of different hosts over the years and found the pricing at CWCS to be more than commendable.
